Admitted and informed of procedure and care to be administered. Never happened after 1 day so i checked myself out and went to private doctor who prepped and immediately scheduled me for procedure the same day because of seriousness of injury .
Fell from ladder and cracked 3 ribs. All staff handled the emergency professionally and with utmost courtesy. Staff and facility could not have been better. 2 1/2 days in ICU.
The entire staff was always nice even though extremely busy. Thank you each and every one.
