excellent service. Nurses attentive and kind especially Rhonda, my post-op nurse. She did all that she could even to loaning me her phone so I could listen to classical music during a period of excruciating pain. A far cry from other facilities I have been in.
I felt safe and Dr,Belo is a great doctor.I put my trust in her as well the staff.I will be back to see her.
How about an updated telephone number that actually works? Just trying to make an appointment and I can't even get a working number.
They said that all you need is a bad experience to never want to came back and that is what happened to us today. This hospital need urgent re-training on respect for family of the patient. We went today for a outpatient surgery and what a nightmare. No respect for the family member. They talk to you like you are not a part of the process and treat like they are paying for you to be there.
I don't understand the many comments about rude receptionists. That has not been my experiece at all. I go anywhere with the attitude that I will get whatever I expect. So much is dependant on how I project myself. I don't expect a receptionist to fawn all over myself. I do expect them to be matter of fact and proficient. I have never been dissapointed at this clinic.
The office not great hard to set up appointments but the drs and staff make up for it.
I went to the ER in the WORST pain of my life two months after my baby was born while I was visiting family. I felt like I was going to die. I never received any pain meds. I never received any labs or other tests. The doctor diagnosed my intense pain as "gas" and I was humiliated and sent on my way. The ER doctor charged $635 for his 'services'. Our experience has been top notch. As of day 3 things have gone quite smooth, efficient and professional. I do, however have some valid criticisms. The ICU room has not been cleaned in 3 days. Debris was on the floor for 2 days. The bathrooms should be cleaned much better. Germ festival with multi- use family members spreading every known germ. The spray foam by the elevators hasn't been refilled - remember this is day 3! And finally, this is a hospital. More importantly a HEART hospital. The only vending machine has ONE wat... read more
I have had 2 separate bad experiences. When I went in for gallbladder removal I had to have 2 enemas, the second bag was WAY TOO HOT! I felt like my insides were on fire and I had blisters on my bum so I am sure I had blisters inside! The second time I went there for a block in my lower back. The nurse couldn't get my IV in and said it was in on the third try. I have always had an IV bag but she did not put one on this time. My hand was throbbing.
