After a pretty serious fall, I went to the ER at Spohn South. The facilities were spacious and clean, staff was attentive and helpful and I got excellent care.

I have been here numerous times. Yes waiting is part of the triage setup for every ER. But atleast this ER is way bigger, has AC, easy to walk to, easy to get to restrooms, easy to find vending machines. Compared CC Medical Center Bay Area (half size, no AC been months 10/2025). The teams and nurses work well together and don't forget about you. The nurse station is close by, regularly checking up on you. What a freaking nightmare! I was a victim of a crime and went here for assistance. The service was great but the aftermath was criminal. I would have been better off to lay there and die! After I was beaten and robbed, the bills started coming. When I tried to resolve the problem I went through MULTIPLE people who were rude and ignorant and just transferred me or simply hung up on me.
