My loved one is presently in ICU in your hospital. The reports I am getting from the family are not so good. Infiltrated IV that no one had noticed until my niece brought it to the nurse attention ????? Turning and repositioning the patients???? Praying that he does not get pneumonia leaking central lines????? Unfortunately he cannot be moved to another hospital
As a former ER nurse, the care did not meet my expectations. I was transported to the ER by ambulance after a rollover car crash. I was discharged after CT scans cleared me of major injury. There was poor staff communication, no wound care for minor injuries , poor pain control, poor discharge instructions (felt rushed) and no follow up other than about payment.
