One of the interns gave me the wrong medication and ended up in the ICU UNIT!!!! Not only did I almost die from the medication, while I was in the ICU the cleaning crew stole my phone/wallet with all my credit cards and cash. When I got released, I went to file a report on what was stolen and I was told that I should have put my phone/wallet in the safe. The people leaving five star reviews must be family and friends of the employees because this is the worst ER that I have ever seen and been to. I went in with abdominal pain upper right quadrant radiating to the back and around the side. I downloaded the app so that way the lab results as they came in I could check them. They drew blood sent me back to the waiting area then they did an ultrasound and sent me back to the waiting area and then I’m called back by a nurse practitioner that tells me I just have a stomach flu. I called to schedule an appointment and one of the schedulers answered, spoke to me in English, then spoke in Spanish and hung up on me when I said "I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish".
I seem to spend, half of my time, here. Staff is always helpful and usually very nice. I really appreciate the Ct Scan employees. They walk you through, every step. Actually, I'd rather go to old Memorial, versus Spohn South or Shoreline.
