Took my daughter here she had vomiting And watery stools crying nonstop they did a swab that was supposed to be 45 min and waitedfor 3 hours and no one was in the front I waiting in the lobby the whole time

Been here 5 different times with heart issues, pneumonia, upper respiratory infection and copd in icu and 2nd floor . Numerous times my meds have been admistered late almost uo too 2 hrs , meals not being delivered to me by kitchen , had iv intrusion , and some nurses have severe issues with thier attitude. Dr Wang or Wong isn't worth a damm i self discharged . Was admitted at another hospital and am in icu there due to the incompetence at akic e hospital. Still waiting to hear from someone but they won't call back

The ER is rushed. They ask you to write a check in and put your social on a piece of paper. Then they rush you in and out. There aren’t any doctors just a nurse practitioner so I was just given ibuprofen and sent home with no real treatment because no doctors in the ER. The cafeteria is small but has good food. The new 1984ish check in kiosks are creepy. As an outpatient I can’t move around freely without an unpaid volunteer asking to see my drivers license.

Went in for a colonoscopy. Was told to be here before 8 am got here at 7:30 and only for them to forget about me. They pulled me to the back at 8:20 and waiting 7 1/2 hrs to do a 25 min procedure. What a waste of time. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll head to corpus or Kingsville in the future
