Nice place depending in what department you are in. ER you are in and out but a long wait time for some reason. Registration in the ER **rude ppl!! The cafeteria isnt what it used to be. The food was excellent. but now... I dont know what happened. The people are extremely rude and talk about you in your face to each other. How crazy! Something needs to be done! And the lab registration desk for the daytime patients OMG the volunteers are very mean they tell at the patients in front of everyone! Like literally YELL very loud... read more
I live in Tennessee... My farther was taken to the hospital (not this one) but giving 5 stars to the lady who took my call. Wish I would have gotten her name. She was patient with me in trying to see if my dad was there. She gave me names and numbers to help me find my dad. She was really sweet. Even took my info incase my dad was brought to them later or something. She went above and beyond for me. I hope she knows how truly appreciative I am. Thank you. Andrea.
