I was well attended and people are usually kind.
The woman with the short fro at the reception desk on the 3rd floor was so rude!!!! She had an attitude anytime anyone spoke to her. She was absolutely unhelpful. She screamed at me from across the office multiple times, she implied I couldn't pay my bill and said it loud enough for everyone to hear. She needs to go somewhere
Why do they tell us to come thirty minutes early and then make us wait 2 hours (and counting)for our scheduled appointment? Why do they ask you to fill out forms online/take pictures and it doesn't help or stream-line the process?? I assume it's incompetence from the top, all the way to the bottom. I could've driven to Houston, been seen, and almost be back home by now, and I wouldn't have to wait a fraction as long.
