I called to ask a simple question about whether my insurance is in network, and the receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude. She repeatedly cut me off, didn’t allow me to finish my question, and spoke to me in a condescending, dismissive manner. I was told no questions could be answered over the phone and that I would “just need to come in,” which was frustrating given that I was only trying to confirm insurance coverage beforehand. A little patience and basic respect would go a long way.
