My husband was admitted Friday night for pain control from a kidney stone with scheduled day surgery monday. Our time in the room was exceptional. Then things changed. We were taken to day surgery shortly after lunch. I was with him until he went back. Was told I would get text message updates. 1st was 30 minutes later stating procedure had started (around 1pm). I understand my primary care provider, Dr Monique Spears, will no longer be employed by Chrisrtus Highland in Shreveport I am extremely upset , as she was the best physician I have ever had in my 79 years of life. Shame on you for losing this awesome physician!
The most respectful staff I've encountered at a hospital! From the time I stepped in registration to the last day of my hospital stay, I was treated with respect and courtesy! This hospital truly has a spirit of excellence! Thank God for the wonderful staff!
The lack of care from the nurses are Ridiculous I will never come back !
