Colton in ER was rude when asked about information regarding patient. When asked for a Nurse Manager’s name and business hours nurse hung up phone and stated I was being rude to being an advocate for my elderly love one. Requesting someone from hospital administration to follow up.
People are so nice
Hopefully Nurse Tasha in Building B on the 3 rd floor will be recognized as a great representation of the hospital because she have shown patience and great care for over a week for My mother but this one lady Victoria on the 3 rd floor on the same floor has a bad attitude complaining two days in a row changing my mom quickly with no empathy and care I need someone to intervene and talk to Victoria on the 3 rd floor building b
Day surgery. Endoscopy surgery. Huge Shout out to RN Allison, Dr. Singletary, and staff for making my visit & surgery under Dr. Thornton a pleasant one. Every one here was cordial. Every one here is very good at what they do. 5 stars.
