Fantastic staff, fantastic customer service, and Grade S bedside manner! After my home health agency flaking out on my appointment today (1/21/2022), I was able to walk into the office and get my woundvac changed very quickly without needing an appointment scheduled ahead of time. Amanda is fantastic with her dressings. Regarding customer service-- even though the phone line always seems to be tied up, it's easy to walk into the office and have the front desk person look into any issue that's going on regarding paperwork. Have been coming here since March 2021. They are always professional and caring. Dr. Wilson does what he needs to do to make sure you are receiving the best care possible! The nursing staff is also very caring and takes great pride in their work!
I have received excellent care at this clinic! I had been suffering with a wound for over a year. Due to the expert care and effective treatments I am on the mend, finally! I had gone to several doctors that were not able to help me prior to going to this clinic. From my first visit onward I felt they cared and they went right to work on improving my quality of life by healing my wound. The nurses are very nice and the PA, Kelly is wonderful!
