My son had surgery and the nurses were amazing. Even at 6am they were laughing with him, making jokes and keep the mood light. This was his first surgery so the detailed explanation of the process was awesome, even anesthesia did an awesome job. Most places you don't feel like a person just another surgery. Here at Christus you do. Highly recommend for anyone needing surgery.
I had a colonoscopy and all of the nurses and the anthesiologist ( Wayne ) were excellent !! They provided me with the best care possible. !! They were very nice , friendly, and they had a really good sense of humor. Dr Kepczyk performed my colonoscopy and he was very informative, caring and did a great job.
My 5-year-old needed to undergo a dental procedure, and it was performed by Dr. Ross, who is hands down the best pediatric dentist ever. The entire staff at this location, from check-in to check-out, was very friendly and professional. Those who took care of my child after the procedure were nurturing and showed a caring, motherly and grandmotherly demeanor. Everyone was very experienced, and I was extremely happy and relieved. As a driver for someone having a procedure, you failed at service. You're not allowed to wait in your car, only in their small waiting room. It was freezing cold with everyone complaining and going to their cars to get blankets or jackets. There was no coffee available. There is no TV. They were 45 minutes late. When you go to the counter, first thing you see is a sign that says shhh- quiet please minimize noise and conversation. Not friendly. Seriously it's like 50 degrees with everyone in shorts. So uncomfortable.
The nurses are so absolutely wonderful and sweet and kind!!! Thank you!
