I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment I received from one of your orthopedic doctors Jorgensen on 05/03/2022 approximately three years ago. Although some time has passed, the experience has continued to affect me deeply, both emotionally and in terms of my ongoing physical health still declining. Went to see Dr.Jorgensen. Called in advance to see how much it would cost. They did an X-ray which the doctor said is no use and prescribed to get an MRI. Paid for my visit and MRI and now getting a bill from Christus Health for X-Ray which was no use.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with this hospital system. This clinic, in particular, also seems to lack a patient-focused approach with a prolonged wait time (shy two hours) with no communication about when I would actually see my provider. When I saw the provider, though nice, reviewed my imaging (I brought my own. They did not do re-imaging) and did not note the other 2 breaks in my foot/ankle until after I pointed them out and asked about it.
