The staff was very attentive, Took the time to explain things to me very well, And showed great empathy to me and my family. It was my first time Being at their Hospital as I normally go to Seton. I was very impressed. It was my first time also being in the hospital for something emergent, and they took great care of me. I’d like to think the ER doctor Arriaga, de la Garza and Maggie my eating nurse. Big thank you to my PCU nurses Rhyce, John, and Charge nurse Katherine. These individuals took great care of me. By far the least kept hospital I’ve ever been to. Nasty is an understatement for a hospital, more like a low budget nursing home. Gloves are barely worn by the nursing staff. I was very uncomfortable in that hospital. Why do we stay? My daughter had an operation scheduled, $72,000, at the end of our coverage year. IYKYK. We were told to arrive at 11am, we arrived at 10:45a. Needless to say she made it to pre-op at 5p. Yes, 6 hours of poor manners and lack of concern.
