I had an emergency where I needed something removed from my ear and the removal process was pretty painful and I was not handling it well, but the doctors were all so nice to me and patient with me. I was in so much pain and was quite fussy yet they still comforted me and tried over and over again to make sure they got me the proper care I needed. I am very lucky to have access to such kindhearted and hardworking doctors 😿🩵

Everything was great- the nursing staff, doctor Kreines, the operating staff, etc Lily was my nurse and she was great and so tentative to my needs.
