Simple check in, short wait time before seeing someone, everyone was efficient and professional, listened to my problem and did the medical work to solve my problem. Everyone was kind and caring.
My experience at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa ER was extraordinary. The doctor, nurses were very caring.
Very friendly staff. This is the 3rd time we’ve been here and everyone is patient and kind. The doctor remembered my daughter from last time we were there and she was super excited. The nurse and X-ray tech were gentle and everything got done quickly.
Went in at 3:30 on Sunday of a holiday weekend, waited about 3 minutes, nurse did her info gathering, and Dr. Gibson was in within 5 minutes. Did his assessment, got X-rays taken and read, prescriptions sent, picked up and back home by 5. Now I have never had an ER experience like this. They were informative, friendly, efficient, and just nice people down to the X-Ray technician. Granted, they weren't too busy, but I got the sense they are always this way.
