Drove all the way from the SW side to find a door with the note saying no NP thank god it wasn't that serious or something I needed looked at right away. Needs a system put in place health is #1 if it was a restaurant fine but to not have something in place for the people that might have an appointment set up so not ok 8/3/26
Scheduled online appt for Sunday morning, showed up and found a note on the door stating it was closed due to no provider. Not happy that my appt wasn't cancelled and that I wasn't notified. 1 star for the ability to sched online but to bad that doesn't seem to matter at all. Maybe set up a system to notify patients if the place is going to be closed.
Daniel and his team went far beyond my expectations. We walked in needing a sports physical for another state and weren't sure what paperwork would be required. All of the staff immediately took the initiative to research the requirements and quickly found all the necessary forms my son needed to participate in school sports. Debra King, FNP was amazing. So kind. Even sick, just talking to her you feel better. You can tell she genuinely care. The lady that took my information prior, I think Kaitlin, I could be wrong, she was also amazing and caring. Her spirit is uplifting. They were both fantastic at being caring, empathetic, informative and patient.
Currently at the hospital. Went in for surgery on my pd catheter (it had budged out of place). Once done I was given a dialysis session where the same problems I was having kept occurring(fluid won’t drain). The hospital staff is clueless on how to help. I keep asking for a doctor or someone with a clue on how to help but no. I’ve barely slept since I got here and it doesn’t seem like I’ll get any tonight since it’s already 3 am, and im hooked up to a machine that’s beeping constantly and I have at least another 750 ml of to... read more
