i’ve been to this place a few times since living in Alamo Ranch. I will never go back! The nurse practitioner who worked on June 2 at 10 AM was horrible! She told me I looked tired and there was nothing wrong with me. She sent me home with light steroids and inhaler prescription. Both did not do crap. She made me Feel worse than I walked in. Do better lady! your judgment is not required. I later went to another doctors a few days later because nothing changed. In fact, I feel worse.. They listened and got me on the mend..
On 6/6/25 @ around 5:50pm The guy at the front desk was very rude. Made faces when I told him my symptoms as to why I was there. Then demanded that I pay $20 for my visit because I have a balance. After telling him I would talk to billing department about arranging payment plan. He still demanded that I pay & made it seem if I didn't pay something I wouldn't be seen. Very disappointed. I was there for over an hour there was no one in the waiting room. After inside waiting for a doctor. I hear a lot of talking and laughing. They tell me can't do any tests for migraines I had for 2 weeks.. oh maybe it's COVID I walked out Don't waste your time if you can't get good caring help!! I'm done!
Such a great experience. From the front office, to the medical staff our visit was beyond great. Nothing worse than having a sick kid, but this place (and nurse Debbie!) definitely made the situation so stress free. Will definitely be back!
