Took my 15 M old baby to the emergency room last night for breathing trouble (turned out to be bronchitis/croup) We waited 15-20 minutes to be taken back to Triage, then waited 20-30 minutes in a small waiting room for an actual room, then waited a little more than an hour and a half in the room. No Doctor, no Nurse, nobody came to check on us, or my son. No breathing treatments were offered, nothing was done. My mother fell and her motor skills arnt right she can barely walk . So we took her to mother frances hospital in sulpher springs . They did a cat scan said she did'nt have a stroke or heart attack,gave her some fluids to hydrate her and sent us home ! And her blood pressure was 183/101, she is 78 yrs old . They said that it wasn't no big deal she will be fine !!! They did not x ray her back hip or anything and she has insurance. My Husband received excellent care today at the ER. Check out lady that came to the room had a great bed side manner. Nurse and Doctor were helpful and answered questions. Great experience overall.
Fantastic experience. All of my family have been treated in someway form or other over the last four years. Everyone has received exceptional care. I don’t think I could ask for anything better.
