I brought my 22 year old daughter here because she was dizzy, running a high fever and coughing uncontrollably —not Covid just a real bad cold. She's vaccinated and she tested negative for flu and strep. No other patients were in the facility. Receptionist was nice enough and so was the nurse who did her triage. However, the nurse in charge was a complete b@#$h to her staff and my daughter. She rammed a swab so hard and fast up my daughter's nose — basically with no warning — she yelped and spit up. There was literally no one in the waiting room we were called back super fast. The heavy set x-ray lady was a total b word and very unprofessional she was also the one doing the swabs and she literally shoved the 2 long qtips down my 5yr olds throat to the point he was gagging and threw up. She had no sympathy at all.. The doctor was great. But the wait in the back was ridiculous!! We sat there for 4 hrs.
