The ER staff was courteous, professional and thorough. They genuinely cared about me and the nurse said she loved her job, loved being in ER. She enjoys the challenge of a variety of medical problems that come her way.I highly recommend this ER.
I'll start with stating, there are many outright lies in my medical chart contained in the visit details/provider notes including them lying about giving me Albuterol and mood stabilizers we while I was there. I spent a week in an unnecessary PTSD meltdown and voiced this repeatedly. mood stabilizers may have helped but were never given. this was treated as if I was just being an unreasonable person when my PTSD is very much a medically documented fact. they didn't feed me supper at all one night, so I ordered a mufaletta fr... read more
