Around 10:35pm on August 31, I brought my fiancé in the Emergency room due to shortness of breath with his O2 sensor at 85. The front desk did not knowledge us and the receptionist had an attitude like I interrupted her playing on her Ipad when I approached her. I stated that my fiancé was having shortness of breath and if they take him back immediately. Her response was fill out the form.
