Let me start with: Dr. Edhaie and his NP (don’t remember seeing her name) were great. No complaints. Thorough, pleasant, terrific job. His office staff on the other hand, not so much. Erin at the front desk and Stephanie the LVN both absolutely gave off “I hate my job” energy the entire time. I understand not everyone loves their job, and that’s okay, but you chose to be in a public-facing position. No one made you take this job. This is NOT a review for Dr. Sassan, I have nothing but great things to say about him and his work. Im just putting this here hoping to get the attention of anyone in management to return a phone call. I left a message on the manager's voicemail this morning, at 9:30 to call me, she hasn't called. I called back at 3:45p. and was transferred to someone in management, same thing. This is Mrs. Rice. I would greatly appreciate it if you would return my phone call. Thank you. I had been told that this was a great office. Wow, did that go south fast. I was talked to like a child by the office and nursing staff! Everytime you try to explain a question THEY asked you they cut you off with "Office policies " and what YOU would do! As much as they charge you would think they might try alittle harder to be pleasant and respectful. One star is really to much! Horrible experience!

I was sent there for injections in my neck. I have a fusion that causes pain. I went to follow up with questions. I was told I wish I knew. This is a pain management place how can you help anyone if you can't answer questions.
