I have seen this Dr. Boostrom a handful of times and every time I leave feeling untaken care of. This man made me feel uncomfortable every visit. I would explain what was going on with me he would be very dismissive and blame the pain I was feeling on my menstrual cycle when it was definitely was not. I ended up having to go to the immediate care because I had a kidney infection. This could have been avoided if I was properly taken care of. Dr. Johnson is great. Several of the staff have been REAL RUDE on the phone. If one of them gets mad, they tell all the others to not do anything for you like handle your refills. And if you get mad about it- forget about ever getting your Rxs filled. I changed drs.
They are always kind and understanding. Great staff, and family friendly. 5 stars! Been going there for years!
