Poor communication. Person that I dropped the equipment off with said I would receive a phone call, I told him I was about to leave town for business so the quicker the better. After 4 days I had received no phone call so I called them. They said they had scheduled a follow up on a date that I was out of town, all without any communication with me. Doctor refused to speak with me over the phone. Would not recommend at all.
