Got me in fast and everyone was very friendly.
Went in for a Ultrasound. Got there at 7:30 like they asked for my appointment at 8:00. By 8:20 I went and checked to see what was going on because I needed to be at work at 9:00. Come to find out the person who was supposed to be doing the Ultrasound was not there and no one know they were not there. Even their supervisor did not know they were not there. 1600.00 for a 3min cat scan of my sinuses..it's 400 dollars at open imaging off 6st. Christus called and said they would settle for 50% and I said no. It went to collections and she didn't offer any settlement, only ask for a payment plan....do not get cat scans here unless you want to pay 4 times as much. Your not paying for a service....you are paying for the new building the machine is in
