I went to the ER for severe ear pain and left feeling very disappointed with the care I received. I was never taken to an exam room, and my entire visit took place in the front area. The staff did not seem welcoming, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite being in significant pain, I was not given anything to help manage it, and I felt that very little was explained to me about my condition, treatment, or what side effects and symptoms I might experience afterward. From Registration to the Medical Staff who helped me after a dog bite were the very best 10/10 honestly! I am Type 2 diabetic & this is the last thing I needed on Memorial Day 2026! They took very good care of my wound, got my wound cleaned, sutures & all, answered questions thoroughly by my daughter & myself.
