Sending out a big heartfelt thank you to Lauren RN, and the medical team that assisted my mother today through the ED. Having to navigate her Care by phone because of the distance between our hometowns caused a lot of anxiety. But that was all laid to rest by such compassion and professionalism. You guys Rock and you remembered your Oath ❣️

This hospital needs to be closed down … rude staff .. to busy gossiping and carry on than patient care… can’t go into everything that happened in this so called medical facility.. would take forever.. avoid this hospital at all cost .. three years ago I was singing praises for this facility what happened … finally when someone returned my call the first words out of his mouth is what do you want …. I told him I wanted a hospital that cared and I could trust

If I could give zero stars I would the nurse Briana was rude my 3 year old had a glove that's literally hanging from the glove hoster she pulled it out and nurse Megan went and reported to briana that my baby had a glove playing with it we were rudely told by Briana my children will have to leave from the room if they touched anything els over one glove while I'm here helping my sister while she's in serious pain over kidney stone

MY Mom went to the ER for pneumonia and sepsis. She was admitted and spent 3.5 days in the hospital, she saw 2 doctors and they discharged her to the heritage house for rehab. The same day I had to take her to her cardiologist and she said Mom was no way well and should be in the hospital. I can't find anyone else who's been discharged this quick after being diagnosed for pneumonia and sepsis.
