I wanted to give a 5 star review but two of the nurses were short with me and not caring. It was the night of Thursday, November 13. Second shift. I don’t know the name of the intercom nurse but Nat was the respiratory nurse. Also, the buzzer of the IV bas when they are empty are enough to make you run out of the room being crazy. Families been in Marshall for over 140+ years. I can’t say I’ll be bringing myself or my family to this Hospital any further. I was given a good faith estimate for $618.54 upon arriving. Paid it in full upon leaving and was told by their receptionist this will be the entirety of my cost for the two hour visit. Was also told my medication was included in the cost. Went to pick it up, cost me another $200.00. Two weeks after leaving I received a bill in the Mail for $885.00 from the hospital. I had to come down and dispute wit... read more

I had blood work done this morning. Literally 3 minutes from the time I got in and it was done. Lawanda did my procedure pain free. Never felt a stick! Very pleased and satisfied.

They have amazing staff, from front desk to the Doctors and everyone I've dealt with in between. They are very thoughtful and always detailed with information needed. I have used them for several procedures. I will say I've been to two "larger" surrounding area hospitals and they were not as caring as Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center Marshall has been to me.

Horrible service especially from Nickaluse Lockwood he was very nonchalant disrespectfully blunt in INTERESTED ignored my pain and closed my slide door in my face when I was in my room run the cameras back no eye contact when speaking rude the nurses are sweet they attended to me when I was panicking and upset and concerned. they need to shut this place down it's a waste of tax dollars you can't even birth a baby there it's just a building taking up space with new young stdents out of college or doing clinicals there.
