I am an older woman, who lives alone, with a lot of health problems. I've taken a lot of ambulance rides over the last five years. This morning, I had to call for help. The two young ladies who came to rescue me are absolutely the best and kindest EMTs I have ever come across! I can't say enough good things about those young ladies. The paramedics and EMTs at the Hideaway station are absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. We can’t say enough about their patience with the elderly people there. Their compassionate nature. Thank you so much.
"CHRISTUS EMS is a Not-For-Profit, 501(c)3, charitable organization", their words not mine. If that's true then why was the bill over $2000. Loaded milage @ $500 get but another $1500 to get off their butts and respond, that's ridiculous.
The EMT by the name of Keith is extremely rude & disrespectful.
