One afternoon a few days  ago I had to go to ER at St .Michael. I’ve been in and out of there too often, for my needs and with family and friends, over the past 15 years.  On a scale of 1-5,  I would rate a 10! It was extremely busy, ambulances were rolling in and patients were walking in or being rolled into the already full ER, almost none stop.  I was there almost 5 hours. Attaching a complaint from 2018 when my daughter and I were treated horribly by their staff for their mistakes. I will continue to post this information on sites I’ve missed reviews to help the next person avoid this interaction. It’s incredible that there’s so many complaints are listed on all three of their Google web reviews as current reviews indicate no improvements. St Vincent’s needs to step in.

Never ever take yourself or a family member here. I've written this a number of times but it always seem to disappear. I am a 75 year old male. In 2022 I had severe chest pains and went to Christus Sphon Hospital on Shoreline, taken by my wife, I could not walk, and hard to breath along with the presence of blood in my mouth. I would give a 0 star if possible. Dr. Tsewang with holds chronic blood pressure medications, her office says they have reached out in regards to illnesses and results and they don’t. I have phone records and portals to prove that. I had to find out I was being prescribed a medication via CVS text alerts and I didn’t even know what was I being treated for. I was just seen by her and other professionals in regards to my medication and she refused to get back to me/ switch my medication to a safer one. This office is horrible ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would I feel like giving them. One star is too much.! Been here since 2 o’clock. It is now 12 o’clock. This is insane and it’s not even busy. Baptist is wayyyyy better ! This place is trash now

Nota a pleasant experience. 3 ref floor, Communication problems . Nurses & staff follow orders with no human reaction. Admitted to room. Was not issued a gown, so slept in clothes. Rele4ased with no wheel chair. Very bad. No one I met had any feelings for human beings.

Had an endoscopy yesterday... was told on leaving she would call in a scrip to the pharmacy... "you can pick it up tomorrow" She said... Called the pharmacy... today..."No scrip" Called Dr. Garner's office... "She hasn't signed her scrips yet" Worried more about me paying my deductable than getting my prescription. 😏 Terry Ioerger

Dr. Johnson is an incredible surgeon. His work is impeccable, he is patience, personable and caring. In addition to his excellent care, his staff of nurses are all excellent and caring, as well. I highly recommend him!
