Doctors get 5 stars, but as for service the hospitality, food service, asking for assistance from nurse are not great service at all. For one I stayed nights with my spouse receive bloody sheets, couch is super hard, and they act like it’s a crime to ask for assistance in providing snacks. Oh they never shared you can get a guest tray as I mention the service is horrible and best hospital ever are in Houston. We need Houston hospitals along with staff that provide exceptional service. Went to the ER on 10/3/2026 around 2:43am and no one was at the front desk to check me in waited about 5 minutes and walked out

I had emergency surgery and was in the hospital for 3 days. The surgical team was quick to assemble, patient and efficient. My hospital stay was difficult for me, i hate being stationary. Lisa my RN and Tori my LVN were absolutely fantastic!! They were patient, understanding, listened to my needs and answered all my questions. Lisa went above and beyond for me and she made the experience tolerable. I looked forward to the shift change, she made the days easier.
