I called at 10am and got an appointment for 1pm! I was having horrible pain on one side of my face. They hit me in got the cray and found the problem tooth right away!! The dentist did an exam just to make sure it was only one trouble tooth not multiple!! She then gave me options one being for a root canal same day!! I chose that option. As an adult patient of this facility my experience has been horrible. My journey began in the Fall of 2019 after having been referred to this facility by my dental insurance. It has taken more than 2 years to get my dentures that I can actually wear. My temporary dentures fitted fine; I personally took my temporary dentures to the dental lab in Shreveport and picked them up the next day.
