The office visit was fast and front desk was very helpful. Sandra was very helpful and explained everything. Ms. Joy was very sweet and gentle. Also helpful to put brace on. I love the office they are well organized as well
Love this clinic!! Short waiting times and amazing staff all around from the nurses, PAs, and doctors. Feel like they really took care of us. And special thanks to Nurse Joy that took care of us when she got her cast on and taken off. She was not only helpful in both the processes but made sure she was very personal and funny, made my sister feel welcome and comfortable!!
Everyone there was terrific. My son had broken his pinky, and the physician assistant took really good care of him. They were all very professional and cared for me and my son immediately. I would highly recommend this office.
It was such a unpleasant experience, after scheduling our appointment for more than a couple of weeks, it is finally time for my daughter to be checked by the doctor and it takes over 2 hours for the assigned Doctor to arrive to our check room, it is outrageous the lack of responsibility, communication and empathy for patients, we make the necessary arrangements to be on time and at the confirmed date for them to just put us in a room and ignore us for tremendous periods of time, unbelievable and very disappointing
