When taking my grandson for an appointment this morning, I wasn't sure where to go. Janie, at the Santa Rosa clinic, answered all my questions and walked us where we needed to go. Her help was invaluable.

Everybody are so sweet and to be there with my son really sick and they did everything on his hands to make my son feel safe. I’m grateful with God for this hospital because every person there, doctors, nurses, in registration did the extra mile to made me feel that I my son was in good hands and will be better 🙏🏻Thank you Christus Children’s Hospital! 🏥

My granddaughter was born on January 22, 2026, and we chose Dr. Lorelei Gonzalez at Christus Health (11345 Alamo Ranch Parkway, San Antonio) for her pediatric care. The very first appointment had to be rescheduled because the roads were dangerously iced over. The second scheduled visit had the exact same problem — more ice and unsafe driving conditions. First of all I'm here for a less then five minutes surgery. I got here at 6:44am surgery was at 7am its now. 8:40am. Y do we make appointments if you don't go by them. Not only has my autistic daughter not ate but has had nothing to drink. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. A nurse had the audacity to call me and tell me its taking long because there's several patients in front of me. Like are you serious right now I really just want to get up in leave I can imagine the staff in the back is gonna treat my baby. ... read more
