The staff was amazing but especially Jeff. I’m extremely claustrophobic but my physician chose not to premedicate me. Jeff calmly explained how the Open MRI worked and made sure I was as comfortable as could possibly be. He talked me through the procedure and told me that he could and would pull me out the moment I needed it. Thanks to his calming presence and explanation I was able to have the procedure completed. I would definitely recommend this location for any future diagnostics!
