I am so disgusted with Christopherson's. We bought a new furnace from them 4 years ago: after 2 years the sparky thing (not the technical name) needed to be replaced so $200 and a couple weeks later, it was done. Now it's been another two years and when we tried to light the furnace over a month ago, it wouldn't start. Same issue. So the call was made that day for service, and numerous subsequent calls as well.
