Cockroaches and poor communication from maintenance. No one ever responded to my messages while living here. Then, at move out, they tried to charge for items that are included in general move-out cleaning which is legally the responsibility of landlords and cannot be charged to the renter. Do not rent here or with Avenue living
Lawn care workers suck they don't clean up the garbage before they cut so it gets shredded everywhere
Horrible building. Unless you like having cockroaches and bed bugs as roommates but don’t help out with the rent.
