First met Dr.Kweon for my daughters ACL and meniscus surgery. He was very thorough and put my daughter’s mind at ease. His staff was amazing, knowledgeable, kind and caring. We felt like we hit the jackpot. He was our second opinion and after meeting with him we hands down had to go with him. Parking was spendy, even coming as a patient. Receptionist was quick and helpful, although another one, who took my forms, was multitasking on the phone and couldn't respond to my questions. Dr. Kweon was reasonably prompt and his exam was through and helpful. He was happy to refer us for ongoing care closer to our home.
Thoughtful, caring, compassionate staff. I arrived early, was seen early and knew exactly how to help me. Scheduling was simple. Would definitely recommend.
Super friendly staff that are always on time. Dr. Kweon is great and explains things very well, he does a great job of meeting his patients where they are
Seems like a nice guy, but kept me waiting in a cold office for at least 15 min & was not very thorough from my point of view. He might have spent 5-10 minutes w me at most. In my initial visit he just said that I would be good to go in 3 months, and it took over 10 months & still hurt as much as when I first saw him & that’s with many months of PT . Now doing an MRI next week to see what the issue is !
