I have had the pleasure of being a pain management position of his team "which means I am the receiver of these treatments". Since 2016 our choices of pain management have been a life saver to me regarding levels of back pain. I will continue coming back to Dr. Houston. Thank you.
Dr Huston's office contacted me to make an appointment. 6 weeks later when I arrived after driving to Scottsdale from Quartzsite, 2.5 hours, they took me back to an exam room to tell me the Dr had decided not to see me. He no longer wanted to see MVA patients, but instead of picking up the phone and calling to spare me 5 hours of driving, they did the most inconsiderate and unprofessional thing possible and waited until I got there to tell me. Very rude and short with me. Felt like a car in for an oil change. Spoke down to me and showed no empathy on how much discomfort I was in. Would never recommend him to anyone.
Scheduled our appointment 2 months just to be cancelled while we were on our way over there today. Now pushed back another 38 days! Have a better chance of catching COVID than getting a chance to see this guy. Such high recommendations from many doctors to see this guy I guess that’s a bunch of bogus.
