Great Dr.
The office receptionist cancelled my 2nd appointment without my knowledge, and denied taking time to call the ASL interpreter for 3rd appointment for that same day. Also, the office receptionist refuse to return my surgery papers from other doctor. Frustrating with this office behavior.
I switched to Dr. Winters in June 2009 after having foot issues unresolved with 3 other podiatrists. That month he operated very successfully on a foot ulcer caused by Charcot foot, and has continued treating problems with both feet ever since. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and has always given me the correct diagnoses and successful plan. He is a fine and caring person!

Great experience from front office the back. Listened to my concerns, answered my questions. Surgery went well and did a great job when speaking with my wife and providing comforting words.
