Shocked at how high their rating is...guess people don't mind waiting 3 months for an appointment, then having to wait an hour after your appointment time to see the doctor, then after several minutes be told he was late and couldn't answer anymore of my questions. However, they are extremely prompt on how and when you are going to pay. Sort of reminded me of an assembly line business to see how fast they can get you in and out in the least amount of time.
I waited for almost an hour past my appointment time, doctor came in and talked to me for about 10 minutes, I tried to ask him questions and he seemed to get annoyed, at one point he said “I know you want answers but I don’t have any” and then he handed me a piece of paper telling me to drink water and take cranberry supplements and then walked out, didn’t even say goodbye or indicate that the appointment was over. Check in was smooth. PA was very nice and informative. She provided options asked for input and we came up with a plan.
Very polite and professional staff
Staff is amazing! My husband seen Dr. Fredicks, very nice doctor! Highly recommend!
