The staff is wonderful! When I needed to call for my medications to be refilled, they were right on it. If I had to leave a message, they always returned my call within thirty minutes to let me know they received my message, and were talking care of what ever issues I had. Christopher Wheatley is absolutely the best. I can not thank him enough for all he has done. He is very caring, and understanding. I would probably not be here today if I hadn't found him. I highly recommend him.
Awful Experience. The office is always running late. If you, the patient, is more than 7 minutes late they make you reschedule. However, at my last two appointments I had to wait an entire hour to be seen. I arrived 15 minutes early and eventually told them I had to leave. You have to go to an entirely different building to check in and pay. The customer service, for lack of better term, is poor.
