Dr Lucius went above and beyond when he removed skin cancer from my leg. Because my leg hadn't healed completely from the previous biopsy, he offered a compression wrap that made a world of difference in the following week to keep me comfortable and improve the healing. He's personable, answered all my questions and did a great job!
Dr. Lucius is outstanding. He patiently walked us through our test results for a very scary situation, answered all our questions with the quality of our care obviously his first priority. He spent significantly more time with us than is expected to ensure that all our options were clear and thoughtfully discussed. Had my gallbladder removed. He was so personable, explained and discussed in detail everything and spent plenty of time prior with me and did everything he could to inhance my experience.
There is no higher recommendation than this: He saved my life. I would not be writing this were it not for his skill and calm professionalism. The other attending doctor told my wife I wasn't going to live and to let our family know. I came into the ER after losing blood internally and then bled out in the ICU before surgery. 14 units of blood, 3 units of platelets and 3 units of plasma were used to replenish the lost blood. In the 3+ hours of surgery, Dr. Lucius had stopped the bleeding.
