My elderly mother had an appointment with Dr. Hubbard for the simple task of having her nails clipped. We had to wait a full 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor due to over scheduling. The time with Dr. Hubbard, and nail clipping, took approximately 7-8 minutes and there was no apology for the extensive wait. To add salt to the wound, my mother received a bill for over $200 for the visit! Dr. Hubbard may be a competent physician, but his priority is extracting as much money as possible from his practice/patients.

My first appointment with Dr. Hubbard was actually pretty good. I got in on time and all that, but...I made another appt for a week and a half later. The morning of my appt, I get a phone call telling me that Dr. Hubbard had something come up and they needed to reschedule. So I rescheduled. My appt was on a Wednesday at 3:30 pm. Now, as you walk up to the front desk there is a sign posted that states if you are 15 mins late you will be asked to reschedule.
