Angelina is extremely rude and defensive. She doesn't listen and talks over you. She rarely smiles and is abrasive. She should find a different industry to work in and work on her horrible customer service skills. I have also emailed the new property manager, Juan, 3 times and still haven't received a returned email. This property has gone downhill since we moved in.
