It’s like the quality of this place just keeps going down hill. First they blocked residents from being able to voice their concerns on the bulletin board. Basically censuring our voices. Now they downgraded the smart features in the home from Vivint to ambient. They make you pay a month technology fee on top of your rent but the new doorbell doesn’t allow you to check your cameras in case you get packages or visitors. It only lets you check the camera when someone rings the doorbell which I find useless. There have been ple... read more
I have loved my whole experience from applying, to move-in, to actually living here. The office staff, specifically Maria, has been amazing. The communication has been great throughout, I have felt like a priority when I've had questions. When I had some issues with my home, Maria was able to get them all taken care of the same day I reported them. My experience has been nothing but positive!

We moved here a month ago and it's been amazing. From day one Maria in the front office wad amazing she helped us with everything. She made us feel very welcomed and is always very helpful when we have any questions, we definitely recommend going to her.
