Me parece una estafa tremenda, aplique para un apartamento primero me dijeron que el depósito es de 500 a 700 y cuando salió la aplicación me dio 1600 cuando verdaderamente yo tengo buenos ingresos y además tengo el crédito intacto
I haven’t moved in YET, but the tour was beautiful and Gracie did help with showing me everything and explaining all the expenses. I love the fact that they’re so similar to townhomes instead of an apartment. The pricing is fair with everything that is included. I’m definitely applying. So clean as well!
Since we moved in it has been a great experience any issues are always handled promptly by María. She is the best!
Starting off with the staff specifically Maria Salazar so helpful and so informative and eager to help with any questions and her professionalism made my experience with renting her so much better the property is very clean and up to date parking would be my only complaint but the property and the office personnel make up for everything their all so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure any questions and answered or whatever it is you need help with they do not hesitate to help!!
I could not be more satisfied having lived here in 2020, and now in 2024, the quality of living at Christopher Todd Stadium has only increased. Maria S at the front office is an asset to this company and goes above and beyond in all her work. Thank you CT stadium!
