I have to say, Vistoria, formerly Christopher Todd is an amazing place to live. A quick example of how awesome the management and maintenance is here: Last night my A/C went out and keep in mind it’s the dead middle of summer and over 100 degrees. Since the office was closed I called the help line they have and asked if there could be an expedited maintenance request for the next day as we couldn’t survive with no A/C for long. I love living here. After dealing with horrible management at our last place this place is a luxury. The office ladies are absolutely amazing and meet any concern in an extremely timely manner with kindness. The maintenance team is brag worthy. My washer was leaking and literally within minutes of my call someone was at my door with an entirely new washer I didn’t even know I needed. The team at CTC Stadium is what makes this place amazing. They are top notch above the rest. They are easy to work with and talk to and can take care of any issues you may have. The property is beautiful, reasonably priced and a great place to call home!
I have moved here for a year and the truth is that I have never had a problem with anything except one, lately the community looks very neglected there is a lot of garbage, Pigeon poop everywhere leaves everywhere, I know the season we are in but this is a problem of the gardening service from months ago... Since November of last year they have not come to service my backyard and every month one pays a fee for that maintenance which we are not receiving, I really like living here there is only that problem
