Was a good complex ,until the new management took over. Constant alerts of break-ins on their community wall/message board, happens day or night even though it's a gated community. Management does nothing, rarely are there in office. Complex is only less than 5 years old If you ever have any issues with appliances it takes weeks or more than a month for it to be fixed or resolved. Termites, rodents are a problem, almost every unit has rodent traps outside. More focused on their image than the community itself.
I had an enjoyable time living there. I am looking forward to moving back next year.
Very good customer service. The 3 ladies in the office are outstanding. They are very kind. Any issues I had , they helped me right away. Very nice place to live.
Beautiful community. Friendly front office. Prompt maintenance team. There are so many upsides to living in a cottage with a backyard. I think cottage living is your best choice when it comes to finding a residence to live in and I give two thumbs up to Christopher Todd at McDowell. There have been some brief internet interruptions that seem to have been resolved since moving in about two years ago which have been my only complaints. 5/5, I would recommend living here.
Nice but the electronics package is a scam.. WiFi is always out for long periods of time. Can’t purchase your own through another company either.
