I was super excited to move into my first apartment ever, but since day 1 my expectations became a nightmare. My first night there was horrible; smoke stench from previous tenants was pungent throughout the entire building, no matter what we used to try to get rid of it, that smoke smell still lingered. Avoid at all costs. After doing copious amounts of research I settled on this property. I loved that they had back yard areas! I have now been here for six months and have regretted my decision. The property is swarming with insects. And not just the occasional mosquito or fly, the gnats and spiders are outrageous (see the pictures- the brown are spider webs) .
