Avoid at all costs. After doing copious amounts of research I settled on this property. I loved that they had back yard areas! I have now been here for six months and have regretted my decision. The property is swarming with insects. And not just the occasional mosquito or fly, the gnats and spiders are outrageous (see the pictures- the brown are spider webs) . Was a good complex ,until the new management took over. Constant alerts of break-ins on their community wall/message board, happens day or night even though it's a gated community. Management does nothing, rarely are there in office. Complex is only less than 5 years old If you ever have any issues with appliances it takes weeks or more than a month for it to be fixed or resolved. Termites, rodents are a problem, almost every unit has rodent traps outside. More focused on their image than the community itself.
