He is honest and focused on your Health the staff all are about your recovery and well-being.
He found issues I didn’t know I had, fixed the ones I knew about and had me back to healthy normal function in a couple months.
While I feel that Dr. Buchanan is competent, his bedside manner is not great. Worse than that, I have had multiple problems with his staff (one mistake resulting in a infection after a procedure) and appointments are not on time. Overall you should expect better service or treatment.
No long waits staff courteous and kind. Dr Buchanan was very kind explained everything. Extremely satisfied with his treatment . My husband really benefited by his treatment. Returns calls and worked him in when he was having issues. Deeply Grateful for him and his staff

Great Customer Service!!! I was on vacation visiting my parents and had a kidney stone I was struggling to pass. After a trip to the emergency room, it was recommended I reach out to Dr. Christopher Buchanan, I called that morning and they got me in to their office the next morning. Dr. Buchanan was doing another surgery the day I went into his office and I met with his physician assistant Jennifer Erwin who looked over my scans and we discussed a plan which I threw a wrench in because I was flying out in 2 days I told her. ... read more

Dr. Buchanan has been my Urologist for a number of years. During that time, I have always received the highest level of care from both he and his staff. I recently underwent Greenlight Laser Surgery with overwhelmingly positive results.
