Dr Thomas is a professional and extremely knowledgeable physician with excellent bedside manner. I did not delete stars but I have to mention that I waited almost an hour to have pre-visit X-rays. No only was the wait time excruciating, but to add insult to injury, I was forced to wait in a tiny ‘waiting room’ that was more akin to a Covid Petri dish or a sardine can.
