Tia was very personable and professional! Dr. Taylor (first name) was as well…appointment was quick and easy!
The visit itself was a number 5. However, I was not pleased with having to pay an extra $50 simply because I didn't have the co-pay when I arrived the last time. I did not cancel the appointment and I did not fail to show up. I just did not have the co-pay. I think a little empathy is in order here.
Access Eye makes going to the doctor fun! Always friendly and knowledgeable staff!
