The technician Trent was very friendly, professional and thorough, guiding me through the process with clarity and ease. His expertise made the visit seamless and comfortable as well as being relatable. The Dr. my daughter saw for her visit was amazing, always has been. She’s very caring and listens to what you have your concerns. The call center on the other hand failed to mention their optical center did not accept our insurance, just the Dr. So we were able to get her routine exam done, but couldn’t order her frame ware. That would have been good to know from the beginning.
