I've been going to this office for many years. Dr. Tai is nice, thoughtful, and explains well. I never feel rushed. Office is clean and modern. Staff is generally also very good. My hygiene appointments are great, and additional work is generally done well. I had only one negative experience over many years, and it was a technician, not Dr. Tai, who seemed to struggle with her part of the procedure. He's honest, quick and painless. Doesn't recommend anything you don't need, has a great sense of humor and when he's done you barely feel it.
I absolutely love ?? Dr. Tai. He is honest, full of integrity and empathy; moreover, he explains every procedure for a lay person’s understanding. Before I met Dr. Tai, I had tremendous anxiety about seeing the dentist. Bad experiences as a child and young person was the impetus for my high anxiety and inconsistent dental care.
