Dr White and his staff were great for my appointment. I chose him because he was in network with my insurance. However, their office door is always closed (my appt was 2/2024), they do not answer or return calls, only text. After my appointment was finished and glasses ordered and paid for, I was told he was not in network. When I called my insurance company, they told me his contract ended the end of February of 2024 so yes, he was in network but refused to recognize that fact.
